Team Banquet

The Venice High School 2018-19 girls soccer teams held their year-end banquet at the Italian-American Club in Venice tonight, finalizing a great year of soccer. Being the only senior (remaining) on the team meant that Samantha got a little extra discussion when it was her turn to be announced, as she was congratulated on her return to Venice (after playing for them as a freshman), her ability to play all positions - she was the only player to play forward, midfield, defense, and goalkeeper, and for her recent college commitment.

While we are certainly sad to see her high school career come to an end, we know that there are bigger and better things awaiting her in the future! Congratulations Samantha! We love you!
