| Jayden joined the U19 Florida Hawks FC team this afternoon for
the final game of the 2022 Chargers Labor Day Tournament at Lakewood
Ranch, this time against the Cap Coral SC Cyclones. There isn't much
to report on this game, as the first half saw each team manage two
shots on goal, with the vast majority of the play taking place in
the middle of the field. In fact, the first half would come to a
close with the 0-0 starting score unchanged. The Hawks actually
outshot the Cyclones over the course of the second half by a 3-2
margin, but they couldn't convert any of their chances, all of which
came prior to the water break. The Cyclones took the only post-water
break shot, and it was the lone shot to find the back of the net, as
they managed to score on a shot from right in front of the goal
line. That lone goal would stand until the final whistle, with the
Hawks falling for the third time in the tournament. |
