Home Up Henry Ford Museum - Page 2

After we went to the Lego exhibit we spent some time wandering around the Henry Ford Museum. Although we didn't get to spend a lot of time inside the museum, we did manage to see some of the agricultural display, the famous Rosa Parks bus, some of the automotive section, and a few of the trains. Of course we also saw the Oscar Mayer Wiener-mobile, where the kids were able to dress up as a hot dog.

Always the hot dog, Tyler is posing here as a hot dog.

Samantha also took a turn in the hot dog bun.

Drew inside the hot dog bun.

Jayden took her turn posing as a hot dog as well.

Drew, Sam, and Jay near the cab of a New Holland combine.

Tyler and Sammy waiting their turns to sit in the cab.

Tyler working hard driving the combine.

Sam is obviously excited to get her turn in the cab of the combine.

Jay can barely see over the steering wheel of the combine.

Drew and Jayden sitting in the spot that Rosa Parks sat in when she refused to give up her seat.

Drew and Jay liked the roominess of the back of the bus much better, however.

Another activity that thrilled Sam, taking her turn on the Rosa Parks bus.

A 1927 Blue Bird school bus.

One of Rodney's dream cars, a Pontiac GTO.
