July 17th

The boys decided to pass the time this morning between meals by playing the washer toss game. Jayden and Drew started out playing, but Jay quickly tired of it and Donovan took her place. Tyler came to watch, but didn't join in on the fun.

After lunch the resort had an area with inflatable slides set up for their guests to enjoy. Although Tyler thought the slides were too small to be any fun (they certainly weren't as big as Sun-N-Fun's Hippo Slide) all of the kids wound up having a blast. The kids spent about an hour in the afternoon running between slides and going up and down, in addition to a game of water balloon toss (that didn't go to well for any of us that participated). The kids had so much fun on one of these slides in particular that if I could find it to purchase I would be tempted to do so instead of a getting a swimming pool!
