Still more photos from the Mackinac Bridge View Park...

Bridge View Park

The Mackinac Bridge, the iron worker statue, and the fog bell from one of the towers.

After we left the Bridge View Park Dad & I took the kids to the Father Marquette National Memorial for a quick walk along the trail. Although there really isn't much to see, there were a couple of bridge views. I took several pictures, but in most of them the bridge was obscured by trees. The photo below was the best of the bunch.

Father Marquette National Memorial

A view of the Mackinac Bridge from the walking trails inside the Father Marquette National Memorial.

After laying Jayden down for a nap at the campground Tara & I took Tyler, Samantha, and Drew to Castle Rock for a climb to the top (and souvenir shopping by the kids - you know how money burns a hole in pockets when you have it!)

Castle Rock

The Castle Rock sign.

Looking out from the top of the rock.

Another look from the rock, this time at Mackinac Island.

Looking towards St. Ignace from the top of Castle Rock.

Unspoiled nature!
