On our final morning, after loading the kids luggage into
the vehicles and eating breakfast, we participated in a Map & Compass Challenge
Hike. I am not really sure why that was the name chosen for the event, though,
as we had no map of our route. We were given clues with compass headings and
some trivia questions to answer along the way. Overall the hike lasted about an
hour, maybe a little longer. I think this would have been a better activity for
day one, as it would have given everyone a chance to get familiar with the camp.
As it was, the kids were just plain tired (and so were the adults!) and didn't
really feel like walking the couple of miles to get around the lake.

hike. A short while earlier Tyler had fallen down a few rows of
these bleachers. Neither the stairs or the bleachers were in the
greatest of shape, so I'm surprised that doesn't actually happen
			more often.

A little over half way through our walk another group started

By this point in the walk Tyler was feeling pretty exhausted.
Thankfully we were almost done at camp and ready to head back to
			school.

When the time came to get on the buses to go back to
school, most of the kids were way past ready to go!
