A group of Canadian crappers, er... uh... geese, passed by as
Donovan, Samantha, and Tyler swam in the lake.

This sailboat wasn't part of the Chicago to Mackinac race, but
it made for a very cool picture nonetheless.

Donovan was the only one of the three kids that didn't go
underwater, so to prove that he wouldn't "wuss out," he stuck his
face in the water...

...although he didn't really enjoy it!

One of my major complaints about the campground (amongst
my many...) was the ridiculous fire ring situation. The fire rings aren't
already on the campsite; you have to pick them up from the camp office. This
isn't really a major issue, except the size of the fire pan that they give you
is beyond tiny - closer in size to a pie pan than anything you can really get a
fire going in. Here are a couple of pictures of one of the few fires we had
while we were here...

For reference, here is Gary's foot next to one of the fire pans.
