After wrapping up our Easter morning activities at home we
headed off to Jerry & Gail's house for their annual Easter egg hunt, which was
followed by dinner. In addition to our family, Gil & Noell were there with there
kids, as was Amy and her boys. Dwayne & Erica also made it with Donovan and
Marissa, but my parents didn't make it out of Florida in time to join us. All of
the kids had a blast hunting for eggs, even though a few went missing along the
way. I guess the parents did too good of a job hiding them and not a good enough
job remember where they were hidden!
The hunt, as Jayden kept referring to it as, was divided
into two age groups this year - kindergarten and under, and 1st grade and older.
This left Drew with Jayden and Lilly in the younger group, who got to go first.
All of the other kids made it to the older group, and they went last.

When we returned home for the evening, guess who was
resting in our back yard after his busy night of work...
Who's That In The Grass?
|
|
...why none other than the Easter Bunny himself!
