Our group lined up along the sidewalk, waiting for the start of
the parade.

Everyone loves a man with bagpipes and a skirt!
_small.JPG) |
The local grocery store had this shopping kart brigade marching
in the parade.
_small.JPG) |
This old car carried the parade grand marshalls.

Apparently Holly has a radio controlled airplane club. Who knew?
_small.JPG) |
Another classic car...
_small.JPG) |
...followed by another...
_small.JPG) |
...and another...
_small.JPG) |
...and one more.
_small.JPG) |
This monster truck crab-walked most of our street.
_small.JPG) |
Although no-one knew what they were representing, a bunch of
people walked the parade dressed as Disney characters and assorted
other superheroes.
_small.JPG) |
The horses smelled like... well, dirty horses. Jayden loved
them, though!
_small.JPG) |
Another classic car.
_small.JPG) |
A nice looking Chevy pickup.

A nice Trans-Am.
_small.JPG) |
And another old car, this one an Olds.
_small.JPG) |
The Flagpoles Etc. truck in the parade...
_small.JPG) |
...whose owner (and our friend) handed out flags and t-shirts to
the crowd.
_small.JPG) |
A cool looking old van. The only vehicle markings were "Fargo."
