Game 4

Home Up

The final game of the weekend took place a little over an hour after the first game ended, plus a slight delay due to an overtime game on the field they were to play on. Things looked good early on, as the La Forza girls had some chances that they were unable to capitalize on. They did wind up trailing 1-0 at halftime, but that is certainly not an insurmountable lead. Unfortunately they began to look a little tired in the second half, as they fell behind early and could never quite make up the difference. They wound up losing by a score of 5-1, giving them a 1-3 record in the tournament. While not the tournament championship we all hoped for, there were plenty of positive signs to look forward to throughout the year. Here's to a good Fall 2012 season!
