Here are the remainder of the pictures from our time at the Tahquamenon Falls...

Tahquamenon Falls State Park

Samantha standing in a small "hole" which made a normally shallow spot in the river into a fairly deep spot.

Tara sitting on the edge of one of the waterfalls.

A closer look at Tara sitting on the waterfall.

Tyler, Samantha, Drew, and Jayden sitting on a downed tree in the river.

Another shot of the kids sitting on the tree.

Sam found a perfect spot to practice her yoga - if she practiced yoga.

Tara, Rodney, Tyler, Samantha, Drew, and Jayden standing on a rock in the middle of the river.

Sam and Tyler making their way back up the river.

Jay was freezing as she waiting for Tara to make her way back to her.

A view of the river before the lower falls.

Drew posing for a picture, which was a replica of a picture that Tyler has taken multiple times in the past.

Tyler recreating his photo, which he also took in 2012 and 2009.

Jayden found this fantastic little "squirrel slide" in the side of a tree stump.

Tyler made the drive home a smooth one.

Tyler giving the evil eye over having his picture taken while driving.

It was a long day to this point, but as darkness settled in over St. Ignace, I decided to take a drive to the scenic overlook that is located just west of the campground to see what kind of shots I could get of the bridge. While I took a few photos, the one below was my favorite.

Scenic Overlook

A view of the Mackinac Bridge from the scenic overlook.

Since Tyler, Drew, and I were slightly disappointed with the view of the bridge from the scenic overlook, we decided to head back down to the Bridge View Park to take some more pictures. Unfortunately for us, it was closed in preparation for the Bridge Walk tomorrow, so we headed down the dirt road that runs along the shoreline of Lake Michigan. We found a nice spot and pulled off to the side to take these shots...

Mackinac Bridge View

A look at the Mackinac Bridge at might, with some stars in the sky overhead.

Another view of the Mackinac Bridge, this time with more of the stars shining above.

A closer look at the bridge.

And yet another closer view.
