Here is the rest of our pictures from the annual bridge
walk...
Labor Day Mackinac Bridge Walk

Somebody was out enjoying a parasail over Lake Huron this
morning.

A look up at the people on top of the south tower.

The guy in the hat stayed at our campground (and also creeped
out Samantha a little bit).

The finish line!
|
After completing the bridge walk and rewarding ourselves
with a donut afterwards, we headed to Mackinaw City to wander around the mall.

The only bad part about completing the Mackinac Bridge
Walk is the drive back north. With only one lane of traffic headed north as
people continue to walk south in the other lane the drive can be slow. This
gives Drew and Jayden prime opportunity to dish out their famous "Free High
Fives" as we pass by the crowd. They both have a great time congratulating
people who are making the walk however, so for them the slow ride is a blessing!
