Game 3

Entering this morning's game the La Forza girls were tied with the Romeo girls in the standings, but they held a 1 point edge in the tiebreaker. Because the Romeo team had won their game quite handily this morning, that meant that the pressure was on to secure a victory today or be eliminated from the championship game. Facing that scenario, Samantha wound up playing the entire game in goal today, a situation that she was OK with despite her desire to see more time in the field. Based on how the tiebreakers worked for this tournament, the girls would need to win by 2 goals to secure their spot in the championship game, and thanks to some strong play from everyone on the field, they cruised to a 3-0 victory. Championship game, here we come!
