Game 8

This game wasn't pretty for Holly, as they were dominated by the sheer numbers and speed the Fenton team possessed. With a roster of 27 girls, Fenton was able to keep fresh legs on the field while Holly did their best to keep up with the speed of the opposition. It was 3-0 in favor of Fenton in the blink of an eye before the Holly girls settled down. They held their own for the next 20 minutes or so, seemingly settled in and adjusted to the style of play Fenton was utilizing. A late Fenton goal gave them a 4-0 lead heading in to halftime.

The second half was more of the same, though not at the feverish pitch of the first half. Fenton scored again to grab a 5-0 lead, and then a shot that just slid through Holly's keepers hands gave them a 6-0 lead that would hold until the game was over. Not the finish Holly wanted, but with a game tomorrow there isn't time to dwell on it - moving forward... Go Holly!
