Samantha and her Bronchos teammates travelled to Pinckney this morning to play in some preseason scrimmages, taking on Rockford High School in the first game of the day. Unfortunately the Bronchos didn't get off to a good start as a team, nor did Sam on a personal level.

The Bronchos gave up an early goal, but battled back to tie the game at 1-1 ten minutes later. That would be it for Bronchos highlights, as the Rockford girls would score the next four goals without a response from the Holly squad. That would be it, as Holly would fall by a 5-1 score.

As for Sam, she would exit the game with a sore knee, and would not play in the remaining two games today...
