Spring Break

Today was our last day in Florida for Spring Break, and we still hadn't made it to the beach, so I made it my #1 priority to get the kids to the water. We originally tried stopping at Lido Key Beach, but we decided that there were too many people, so we headed a little further on the key, settling on South Lido Park. Although the sign said no swimming, plenty of other people were already in the water, so we decided to join them as well. Here are a few pictures from our time at the beach...

Before beginning our trek back north to Michigan, we stopped at Ford's Garage in Cape Coral to have dinner with Aunt Erica, Donovan, and Marissa (on a side note: Erica had a hamburger with peanut butter on it... although I think it sounded really gross, those who tried it said that it actually tasted really good). Tara, Grandpa Gary, and Grandma Terry also joined us. Here are some pictures of the restaurant.
