Samantha and her FC Sarasota teammates returned to the field this afternoon to face the Gulf Coast Dutch Lions. The field definitely tilted towards the FC Sarasota end of the field, as they dominated the action throughout the game. Although they would score on their second shot of the game, that would be their only goal of the half.

The second half would still be dominated by FC Sarasota, but they were able convert on more of their chances. They scored on three straight shots to blow the game wide open, with the 4-0 score holding until the final whistle. As an example of how dominant the Sarasota girls were, they didn't allow a single shot on goal over the course of the entire game. Great job girls!
