U19 Game 2

Jayden returned to the field with the U19 Florida Hawks FC team this afternoon for the second game of the 2022 Chargers Labor Day Tournament at Lakewood Ranch. Unfortunately, there isn't much to report on for this game. The majority of the action took place in the middle of the field, though the North Port Fusion did outshoot the Hawks by a 5-2 margin during the first half. Shortly after the two teams returned to the field after the opening half water break, the Fusion managed to score the lone goal of the half on a long kick that sailed high over the Hawks goalkeepers head. The first half would end with the Hawks down by that one goal and hoping for a second half comeback.

The second half was short-lived. Though the Florida Hawks would get the first two shots on goal, they weren't able to convert. The Fusion managed to get what would wind up being the games final shot on goal, as a weather delay would end up cancelling the game early. With that fateful siren blowing, the Hawks would fall by a 1-0 score.
