I'm leaving my previous recap below, as it was a long time before that update
took place since my prior one. Today's update is a quick one - Jayden went to
the Riverview High School Homecoming Dance tonight, and I have pictures from
beforehand to share with everyone!

I've fallen way behind in getting these updates on the site lately, so I have
a fair amount to add today. Because of that I'm going to make this brief - I'll
just provide a list of the updates here and you can check them all out yourself
for the details!
Up first, we made a few trips to Walt Disney World, checking out Epcot a
couple of times as well as the Hollywood Studios and the Magic Kingdom. Drew
also has a few additions to his page, including his official move into his
college dorm for his freshman year, and a date to a homecoming dance in Fenton,
Michigan with a coworker. Jayden doesn't have any pictures to share, but I did
add her rec and school soccer schedules to the site already. Check them out and

Since I only posted my last update five days ago, I am leaving that update
description posted below. Today, I am adding a single update, and it involves
the first day of school for our final remaining high school student, as Jayden
headed off for her junior year. For the first time since the 2014-15 school
year, we only have a single student in high school!

A few updates to add to the site today, some of which I was way behind in
getting added. I just spent a week waylaid by a second bout with COVID, and it
took a lot of energy out of me. I didn't do much more than sleep, eat, blow my
nose, and drink a ton of water.
Today's update involve a couple of trips to Walt Disney World, first on July
16th and again on July 28th. I also added some of our newest popcorn buckets
that I forgot to post previously (as well as one we acquired on our July 28th
visit). The final update to the site also occurred on July 28th, and also took
place in Orlando, though on the other side of town on the campus of the
University of Central Florida. Samantha was generous enough to treat Tara,
Jayden, and I with tickets to see NF in concert. Although I don't know much of
his music, he put on a good show and we all had fun! As always, please follow the

Three updates today, one involving a big event for our family. The first
update is for Jayden's flag football team, as they finally held their end of the
year banquet on May 30th at Riverview High School. Follow the Update! and New!
icons to Jayden's Current Events page to navigate to the RVHS Sharks Flag
Football page to see this update.
The big event update took place a day later at the Florida State Fairgrounds
Expo Hall as Drew joined his class of 2023 classmates for their graduation
ceremony on May 31st. You can find all kinds of pictures from graduation day on
Drew's Current Events page.
The final update is a bunch of pictures from the trip to Walt Disney World
that Tara & I took on June 3rd. You can see them on the Walt Disney World page.

Two quick updates this time around, starting with a hike that Jayden and I took
at the Alafia River State Park on May 14th. Drew also wrapped up his high school
career this week, attending his last day of school on May 18th. Check out both

Since I just updated on Friday, I am leaving the comments from that update
below. Today, I have two new additions - the first update is a new sipper from
Walt Disney World that you can see by going to the Current Events page and then
clicking on the Walt Disney World link. The second update is from Jayden's most
recent soccer game with her Florida Hawks club soccer team. You can see those

played their fifth game of the season on March 7th. You can read all about the

It has been two weeks since my last update and Jayden has been a busy girl
during that time. Between soccer practices multiple days a week, flag football
practices three+ days a week, her YMCA Leaders commitment, and games for both
soccer and flag football, she barely has time to unwind. As you can guess, all
of the updates this time around revolve around her activities. Up first was the
official end of her Riverview Lady Sharks Varsity Soccer season, as the team
held their end of the year banquet at the high school on February 21st. She
followed that up with a club soccer game the following Saturday, then her first
two flag football games during that following week. This past weekend she had
yet another club soccer game to add to the mix, as well as two more flag
football games that she unfortunately had to miss due to the soccer commitment.

I am on a roll with the website lately, as I managed to make three updates to
the site in the past eight days! There are three additions to the site today -
up first is some pictures from a birthday party that Jayden was invited to this
past Friday. As you would expect, you can find those pictures on Jayden's
Current Events page by clicking on the Kaitlyn's Birthday Party link. Tara also
participated in a parent/player practice on Saturday morning (I had intended to
practice, but my aching back wouldn't allow it - it's hell getting old!), which
you can check out for yourself by going to Jayden's RVHS Sharks Flag Football
page. The final update this time is of the sunset that Tara, Jay, and I went to
see at Apollo Beach on Sunday night. Head to the Current Events page to check
those out!
Since it hasn't been long, here is a recap of the previous couple of
updates... I added some belated pictures from the trip to Disney's Animal Kingdom that Tara and
Jayden took on January 6th, as well as updating the popcorn bucket and a
new drink sipper page with our latest additions.

Welcome back to the site! I updated the sites with a few new additions just
this past weekend, so I am going to keep that summary below. Today I am making
two more additions - both Disney related that I let slip by. Up first is the
addition of some pictures from the trip to Disney's Animal Kingdom that Tara and
Jayden took on January 6th. The other addition is of a new popcorn bucket and a
new drink sipper that Grandma Terry picked up for me during one of her visits.

Welcome back to the site! I have a few new additions to the site this time
around, including one that I somehow overlooked from December of 2022! That one
can be found on Jayden's page on the 2022 Past Events page. It is pictures of
her dressed up for her friend GG's birthday party on December 18th.
There are also two updates from this year. Up first is our first Disney trip
of the year. Jayden, Drew, and I headed off to Epcot on February 5th to pick up
our latest Passholder magnet and to take in the rides. You can read all about
that trip by going to the Current Events page and then following the Walt Disney
World link.
The final addition to the site represents a first for us - Jayden tried out
and was selected for her high school flag football team! We're not too sure what
to expect during this sporting season, but we're excited to find out. You can

Welcome back to the site! I just updated the site a couple days ago, so I
will leave that as a "new" update as well. Today, I am adding Drew's final high
school hockey game, as his team participated in the Lightning High School Hockey
League playoffs yesterday. Unfortunately, they didn't achieve the goal that they
were aiming for - a victory - as they fell by a 1-o score in what was their only
time being shutout all season. You can see the game info, as well as the
official team picture that I finally got around to adding to the site, by going
to Drew's Current Events page and following the Update! and New! links.
From Thursday's update: I have added a couple of random photos from our stop at
the Buc-ee's in Daytona Beach during our trip to Jacksonville on January 21st

Welcome 2023! Here's hoping that this year brings great things our family and
yours as well!
Time for another round of updates, with this one covering the past two weeks
that I have been late on getting uploaded. Drew and his Riverview Ice Sharks
teammates played in three hockey games this past weekend, and you can find
pictures and recaps on each of them by visiting Drew's Current Events page.
Jayden has also played two soccer games this past week, one for her club team
and one for her high school team. First up was her club game in Jacksonville,
followed by her high school teams District playoff game in Tampa. You can find
the pictures and recaps from both of those games by going to Jayden's Current

Welcome 2023! Here's hoping that this year brings great things our family and
yours as well!
I haven't had much luck in getting the website updated lately - in fact, not
since November 5th of last year! Because of that I have plenty of additions to
the website this time around. The majority of the updates to the site revolve
around Drew's hockey and Jayden's soccer games. Other notable events since the
last update include Jayden turning 16 years old (holy crap! How is that
possible?!?), Drew taking his senior pictures, and of course Christmas and some
related activities. We've also already gotten back into the sports routine this
year, so there are also games from this year for you to check out. The easiest
