Here are more photos from our time at the High Ropes activity...

High Ropes

Samantha getting ready for her ascent into the tree tops.

Sam getting ready to step onto the rope for her first obstacle of the day.

Sam inching her way out, attempting to get comfortable with all of the equipment and the height of the rope.

Now that she has the hang of it, Sam was able to easily walk her way towards the platform.

Sam on the platform, asking for permission to change her ropes.

Sam heading out onto the next obstacle.

Sam walking across the wire.

Another shot of Sam on the wire. The bottom of her shoes kept getting stuck on it, making walking difficult at times for her.

Another look at Sam in the trees.

Sam on another platform, changing her ropes.

Sam walking on another wire. This time the ropes to hold onto went from high to low on one side and the opposite way the other direction, meeting in the middle, where she was supposed to change hands.

Sam hanging onto the rope as she makes her way across.

After completing the last obstacle, Sam met up with her friend Maya to pose for a photo.

Maya and Sammie would have to work together to complete the next wire-walking trick.

The wires taper away from each other, and the girls are supposed to use each other to keep themselves upright.

They spent almost as much time laughing as they did walking!

This was more or less how they were supposed to walk, except neither of them was willing to let go of their ropes and put both of their hands together.

A closer look at Sam and Maya from below.

Another shot of Sam and Maya inching their way towards the end of this obstacle.

Once they finished the last obstacle, Sam headed out across the bridge. After this one it was time to come back down to earth.
