| Tyler was excited to be able to take his "new" Nissan 240SX with
him to New Mexico, but that meant driving there it there on a
trailer (we didn't trust driving it the 1,562 miles there). We
looked into renting a truck to have it hauled there, but that was
awfully expensive. Same goes for renting a truck and trailer. Plus,
both of those options required me to fly back, adding to the cost.
We finally settled upon borrowing Great-Grandma Parrott's Enclave
(fresh off of my accident) after we learned that it had the tow
package, allowing it to tow the rented trailer and Tyler's car. We
loaded it up today, knowing that it would be easier in the daylight
as opposed to waiting for the morning before we left when we weren't
completely awake! |
